We are seeking a creative, data-driven, and highly motivated Social Media Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing our social media strategy to increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and support our user acquisition goals.
The ideal candidate has a mix of creative storytelling skills and an analytical mindset, knowing how to create compelling content while tracking performance metrics to optimize results.
Key Responsibilities
- Content Creation & Curation: Plan, create, and schedule high-quality, engaging content across multiple platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube).
- Strategy Development: Design and implement social media campaigns aligned with overarching business objectives and growth goals.
- Community Management: Monitor social channels, engage with followers, respond to inquiries timely, and foster an active online community.
- Performance Tracking: Analyze key metrics (reach, engagement, click-through rates, and conversions) and prepare monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
- Trend Analysis: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, platform updates, and algorithm changes to keep our brand ahead of the curve.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: 1–3 years of proven experience as a Social Media Coordinator, Executive, or similar digital marketing role.
- Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating past social media campaigns, content creation (graphics/video), or copywriting samples.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Later) and basic design/editing tools (e.g., Canva, CapCut, Adobe Suite).
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a strong eye for detail and brand voice consistency.
- Analytical Skills: Basic understanding of social media analytics (Google Analytics, platform insights) to measure campaign ROI.
Pay: ₹9,986.32 - ₹35,691.47 per month
