Job Description:
To enhance the overall guest experience by providing warm, professional, and personalized service, handling guest interactions, feedback, and concerns effectively, and ensuring high levels of guest satisfaction in a multi-cuisine restaurant environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Guest Experience & Hospitality
- Welcome guests courteously and assist with seating arrangements.
- Ensure guests feel comfortable and attended to throughout their dining experience.
- Maintain a friendly, professional, and service-oriented approach always.
Guest Interaction & Relationship Management
● Build positive relationships with regular and new guests.
● Handle guest queries, special requests, and preferences efficiently.
● Manage guest complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution.
Coordination with Service & Kitchen Team
● Coordinate with captains, servers, and kitchen team to ensure smooth service flow.
● Communicate guest feedback and special instructions to concerned departments.
● Support service staff during peak hours when required.
Feedback, Complaints & Reporting
● Collect guest feedback during and after service.
● Report complaints, suggestions, and compliments to the Restaurant Manager.
● Assist in implementing corrective actions to improve service quality.
Reservation & Seating Management
● Assist in managing reservations and walk-in guests.
● Ensure optimal table utilization while maintaining guest comfort.
● Handle special occasions such as birthdays, anniversaries, and VIP visits.
Hygiene, Grooming & SOP Compliance
● Maintain personal grooming and professional appearance as per company standards
● Ensure compliance with service SOPs, hygiene, and safety guidelines.
● Promote a positive brand image of the restaurant.
Qualifications:
Education: Graduate / Diploma in Hotel Management or related field
Experience: 1–3 years in Guest Relations / Service role in a restaurant or hospitality setup
Preferred: Experience in multi-cuisine or high-volume restaurants
