Key Responsibilities:

Architect and deliver enterprise AI solutions leveraging Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Search, and Agentic AI frameworks.

Define and maintain reference architectures for RAG, AI Agents, LLM-powered assistants, and retrieval systems.

Design scalable AI platforms covering model selection, orchestration, observability, security, governance, and deployment.

Lead architecture reviews, technical strategy, and best practices across AI initiatives.

Establish AI evaluation, monitoring, and observability frameworks for quality, performance, and cost optimisation.

Drive Responsible AI implementation, security controls, and compliance standards.

Partner with sales teams on technical discovery, solution design, proposals, SOWs, and client presentations.

Lead and mentor AI engineers while fostering innovation and continuous learning.
Required Skills:

12+ years of software engineering experience with 2–3+ years delivering production AI/GenAI solutions.

Strong expertise in Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Search, Azure ML, AI Document Intelligence, and AI Content Safety.

Hands-on experience with AKS, Azure Container Apps, APIM, Cosmos DB, Microsoft Fabric, Entra ID, Terraform/Bicep, and CI/CD pipelines.

Experience with GenAI frameworks including Semantic Kernel, LangGraph, AutoGen, NVIDIA NeMo, and LlamaIndex.

Strong knowledge of RAG architectures, AI Agents, vector databases, evaluation frameworks, and observability tools.

Excellent client-facing, presales, and leadership skills with experience managing engineering teams.
