Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy
Develop product launch strategies for new prosthetic, orthotic, and rehabilitation products.
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and industry benchmarking.
Identify customer needs and recommend new product opportunities.
Define product positioning, pricing, and value propositions.
Create product roadmaps aligned with business objectives.
Marketing & Business Development
Plan and execute marketing campaigns for new product launches.
Work closely with the sales team to develop promotional strategies.
Prepare product brochures, presentations, technical documents, and marketing materials.
Organize product demonstrations, workshops, webinars, and exhibitions.
Build relationships with healthcare professionals, hospitals, rehabilitation centers, and distributors.
Technical Support
Provide technical training to sales and clinical teams.
Stay updated with the latest prosthetic, orthotic, biomedical, and rehabilitation technologies.
Coordinate with international manufacturers and technology partners.
Collect customer feedback and recommend product improvements.
Project Management
Coordinate with R&D, procurement, production, and marketing teams.
Ensure timely execution of product launch plans.
Track product performance using KPIs and prepare management reports.
Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Product Engineering, or a related field.
MBA in Marketing or Product Management is an added advantage.
Experience
3–7 years of experience in product strategy, product management, technical marketing, or business development.
Experience in healthcare, medical devices, prosthetics & orthotics, rehabilitation, or biomedical industries is preferred.

Mandatory Requirements
Valid Passport.
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
Strong understanding of business etiquette, client servicing, and hospitality standards.
Ability to explain products effectively and contribute to sales and marketing growth.
