About the Role
We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Back Office Assistant to support our daily administrative and operational activities. The candidate will play an important role in documentation, data management, coordination, and office support functions.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and update office records, databases, and documentation.
Prepare quotations, invoices, reports, and official emails.
Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
Handle filing, scanning, and document management.
Support compliance and waste management documentation processes.
Maintain Excel sheets and MIS reports.
Assist in portal registrations and online submissions.
Follow up for payments, approvals, and pending documents.
Manage day-to-day office coordination and administrative tasks.
Required Skills
Good communication and email drafting skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Good typing speed and documentation skills.
Ability to multitask and work independently.
Attention to detail and time management.
Basic knowledge of waste management/EPR compliance will be an added advantage.
Qualification
Graduate or Diploma holder in any stream.
Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply.
Preferred Candidate
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Good organizational and coordination skills.
Comfortable working in a professional office environment.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
