Request ID: 36880- SAP PP Consultant Your Key Responsibilities - Configure and implement SAP PP (Production Planning) module - Manage production planning, demand management, and scheduling processes - Support shop floor control and manufacturing execution - Integrate SAP PP with other modules such as MM (Materials Management), SD (Sales and Distribution), and QM (Quality Management) - Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions - Provide production support and resolve system issues efficiently - Drive continuous improvement initiatives in production and planning processes - Prepare functional documentation, test scripts, and user training materials Skills and Attributes for Success - Strong expertise in SAP PP module - In-depth knowledge of manufacturing and production planning processes - Understanding of SAP integrations across modules (MM, SD, QM) - Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities - Ability to work with large data sets and production scenarios - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills - Ability to collaborate within cross-functional and global teams To Qualify for the Role You Must Have - 3–6 years of relevant experience in SAP PP or manufacturing consulting - Hands-on experience in configuration and support of SAP PP - Experience in production planning, scheduling, and execution processes - Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes - Excellent communication and documentation skills Ideally, You’ll Also Have - Experience with SAP S/4HANA manufacturing solutions - Knowledge of advanced planning tools (e.g., APO, IBP) - Exposure to Lean manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies - Experience in client-facing consulting roles
