We're Hiring: HR Executive
We are looking for a dynamic HR Executive to help build and strengthen our recruitment, sales, and business development teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruit and onboard talented sales and business development professionals.
Develop strategies to attract high-performing team members.
Support employee training, performance management, and retention.
Coordinate interviews and candidate assessments.
Maintain HR records and ensure smooth HR operations.
Work closely with management to achieve company growth targets.
Requirements:
Experience in HR, recruitment, or talent acquisition.
Strong communication and people-management skills.
Ability to identify and hire top sales talent.
Good organizational and administrative skills.
Experience in the travel and tourism industry is an advantage.
