About the Role
We are looking for energetic, confident, and ambitious individuals to join our team as Sales & Marketing Interns. This role is primarily focused on sales and client interaction (90%), with a small marketing component (10%) involving content creation and participation in company social media videos.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales Responsibilities (90%)
- Connect with prospective clients through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable real estate projects.
- Follow up with leads provided by the company.
- Schedule site visits and meetings with potential buyers.
- Maintain regular communication with prospects and clients.
- Update lead status and client interactions in CRM or company records.
- Assist the sales team in achieving monthly sales targets.
- Generate referrals and contribute to business development activities.
Marketing Responsibilities (10%)
- Assist in creating basic content for social media platforms.
- Participate in company promotional videos, property walkthroughs, and marketing campaigns.
- Support the marketing team with short-form video content and reels.
- Help in showcasing projects through creative and engaging content.
Requirements
- Pursuing or recently completed Graduation/MBA/BBA/B.Com or related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence in speaking with clients over calls and in person.
- Interest in sales, business development, and real estate.
- Comfortable appearing in videos and social media content.
- Basic understanding of social media platforms is a plus.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset.
