- Assist in posting job vacancies on job portals and social media platforms.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Support the onboarding process, including document collection and orientation.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Help prepare HR documents such as offer letters and employment contracts.
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
- Support payroll and attendance tracking processes.
- Prepare HR reports and maintain confidential employee information.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed.
Pay: ₹3,000.00 - ₹6,000.00 per month
