- Manage service engineers and technicians across assigned regions
- Handle inverter installation, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance
- Monitor complaint closure and service response time
- Support customers, distributors, and EPC partners
- Coordinate warranty claims, spare parts, and RMAs
- Analyze inverter faults, generation reports, and system performance
- Conduct technical training for field teams and channel partners
- Maintain CRM/service reports and documentation
- Coordinate with R&D, OEM, and sales teams for technical issues
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
