About the Role
We are looking for an AI Automation & Prompt Specialist who is passionate about building intelligent AI-powered workflows and automation solutions. In this role, you will design, implement, and optimize AI-driven processes using Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, and automation platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and optimize prompts for LLMs to improve AI performance and user experience.
- Build AI-powered automation workflows for business, marketing, operations, and creative teams.
- Integrate AI APIs, chatbots, and intelligent assistants into web applications and internal tools.
- Develop and maintain AI agents and workflow automations using modern AI platforms.
- Test, evaluate, and optimize AI outputs for accuracy, consistency, and efficiency.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to implement AI-driven solutions.
Required Skills
- Experience with prompt engineering, AI agents, RAG, and workflow automation.
- Experience with REST APIs, JavaScript/Python basics, Git, and workflow automation tools.
- Understanding of APIs, webhooks, and system integrations.
- Experience with OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, or similar LLMs.
- Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, or similar automation platforms.
- Proficiency with GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, or similar AI development tools.
Preferred Skills
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Experience building AI assistants, chatbots, or business automation solutions.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Experience: 1–3 Years
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
