Role Overview
We're looking for a business hunter who understands the agency world. Someone who can identify opportunities, build relationships, and convert conversations into long-term partnerships. Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate qualified leads through networking, referrals, LinkedIn, cold outreach, and market research.
- Schedule meetings with founders, CXOs, marketing heads, and decision-makers.
- Understand client business challenges and recommend branding, marketing, and creative solutions.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, quotations, and pitch decks in collaboration with the strategy team.
- Negotiate commercials and close new business opportunities.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and achieve monthly revenue targets.
- Build long-term client relationships and identify upselling opportunities.
- Represent Brew & Bold at networking events, exhibitions, and business meetings.
- Coordinate with internal creative, strategy, and performance teams to ensure smooth project onboarding.
Job Role & Responsibilities
- Drive business growth for branding, digital marketing, performance marketing, video production, website development, and creative services.
- Research industries, competitors, and potential clients.
- Maintain CRM, sales reports, and follow-up schedules.
- Develop strategic partnerships and referral networks.
- Work closely with the founders to achieve quarterly business goals.
Profile Specification
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a Branding, Advertising, Digital Marketing, or Creative Agency (Mandatory).
- Strong understanding of branding, digital marketing, and advertising services.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to independently generate leads and close deals.
- Confident in client meetings and business presentations.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and eager to grow.
- Existing business network in Odisha is an added advantage.
Software Knowledge
- Google Workspace / Microsoft Office.
- LinkedIn Sales Navigator (preferred).
- CRM tools such as HubSpot, Zoho CRM or similar.
- Basic knowledge of Canva or presentation tools is an advantage.
