We are looking for a skilled Export Manager to join our creative team.
Job description
1. Export Operations Management
- Plan and execute end-to-end export shipments (FCL/LCL/Air).
- Coordinate with production, packaging, and dispatch teams to ensure shipment readiness.
- Monitor shipment schedules and ensure on-time deliveries.
2. Documentation & Compliance
- Prepare and review export documentation such as:
- Commercial Invoice
- Packing List
- Bill of Lading / Airway Bill
- Certificate of Origin
- LC documentation (if applicable)
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, customs laws, and country-specific requirements.
- Handle export incentives, duty drawback, and related schemes.
3. Freight & Vendor Management
- Liaise with freight forwarders, shipping lines, CHA (Custom House Agents), and transporters.
- Ensure proper classification (HS codes) and adherence to export regulations.
- Resolve any shipment delays, inspections, or disputes.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of export procedures and international shipping
- Familiarity with Incoterms (FOB, CIF, EXW, etc.)
- Understanding of Letter of Credit (LC) processes
- Attention to detail and documentation accuracy
- Problem-solving and crisis management ability
- Proficiency in MS Office
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
