Job Title: Sales Executive
Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and promoting the company's products or services to potential clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, meetings, and networking.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Present and explain products/services to clients effectively.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Follow up on leads and customer inquiries promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
- Prepare sales reports and market feedback for management.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales and customer relationship management abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings, if required.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in sales, business development, marketing, or customer service.
- Knowledge of CRM software is an advantage.
- Strong presentation and closing skills.
- Fluency in English, Hindi, and/or regional languages.

Salary: As per company standards and experience + Incentives
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
