Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually appealing designs that support our branding, advertising, and marketing initiatives across digital and print platforms. The candidate should have a strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and current design trends.
Key Responsibilities
- Design creative graphics for social media, websites, digital advertisements, email campaigns, and marketing materials.
- Create promotional creatives, brochures, flyers, banners, presentations, and other branding assets.
- Develop visual concepts that align with the company's brand identity and marketing objectives.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content for online and offline campaigns.
- Edit and enhance images, videos, and other multimedia content when required.
- Ensure consistency in branding across all marketing channels and materials.
- Stay updated with industry trends, design tools, and best practices.
- Manage multiple design projects while meeting deadlines and quality standards.
- Prepare final artwork files for digital publishing and print production.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity and design skills.
- Knowledge of social media design formats and digital marketing creatives.
- Basic understanding of video editing tools is an added advantage.
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience creating real estate marketing creatives.
- Knowledge of motion graphics and video editing software such as Premiere Pro or After Effects.
- Understanding of branding and marketing principles.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
