About the Role
Foxbrain is looking for a creative and enthusiastic Content Creator to develop engaging, educational, and high-quality content for our digital platforms, including social media, website, YouTube, and marketing campaigns. This role combines educational content development with digital marketing, making it ideal for someone who enjoys storytelling, content strategy, and working in the education sector.
Key ResponsibilitiesA. Academic & Educational Content
- Develop engaging PowerPoint presentations, lesson plans, scripts, and worksheets for programs such as Personality Development, Mental Math, and Robotics.
- Create age-appropriate learning materials for children aged 5–15 years.
- Design educational visuals and classroom resources to support trainers during sessions.
- Ensure all content aligns with curriculum objectives and learning outcomes.
B. Marketing & Social Media Content
- Create engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other digital platforms, including posts, reels, stories, and short-form videos.
- Write compelling captions, taglines, blogs, newsletters, and advertising copy.
- Collaborate with the design and video editing team to produce high-quality marketing creatives.
- Research industry trends, viral content formats, hashtags, and audience preferences to maximize engagement and reach.
- Capture and showcase student achievements, classroom activities, workshops, and events through creative content.
C. Communication & Coordination
- Work closely with the Academic and Marketing teams to maintain a consistent brand voice across all platforms.
- Plan and manage a monthly content calendar for educational and promotional campaigns.
- Monitor content performance using analytics and recommend improvements based on engagement metrics.
- Coordinate content production timelines to ensure timely delivery of campaigns.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in English, Mass Communication, Marketing, Journalism, Education, or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (basic Hindi understanding is preferred).
- Strong creative thinking with the ability to simplify educational concepts for children.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Canva, and social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
- Familiarity with AI content creation tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Canva AI) is an added advantage.
- Experience in video scripting, voiceovers, or educational content creation is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
