Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and monitor daily production activities for Dish Ends manufacturing.
- Manage Hot Pressing, Cold Forming, Spinning, Flanging, Heat Treatment, Grinding, and Finishing operations.
- Ensure achievement of production targets with optimum utilization of manpower, machines, and materials.
- Maintain product quality as per ASME, IBR, customer drawings, and approved procedures.
- Coordinate with Planning, Quality, Maintenance, Purchase, and Dispatch departments.
- Monitor productivity, rejection, rework, OEE, and machine efficiency.
- Implement Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with safety, statutory, and quality management systems.
- Lead and develop production supervisors, engineers, and shop-floor workforce.
Candidate Profile
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
- Production Engineer: 3–6 years of experience.
- Production Manager: 8–15 years of experience.
- Experience in Dish Ends, Pressure Vessel, Heavy Fabrication, Metal Forming, Steel Processing, or Process Equipment Manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of hydraulic presses, spinning machines, plate forming, fabrication processes, welding coordination, production planning, and shop-floor management.
- Leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential.
