Manage complete day-to-day production operations of the IPA and Garment Departments.
Ensure achievement of daily, weekly, and monthly production targets as per planning schedules.
Monitor production efficiency, machine utilization, and manpower productivity.
Handle manpower planning, shift management, operator allocation, and discipline on the shop floor.
Coordinate with Planning, Quality, Maintenance, Stores, and Dispatch departments for smooth production activities.
Monitor garment production lines, IPA processes, and workflow management to maintain productivity and quality standards.
Ensure production activities are carried out as per SOPs, customer requirements, and quality standards.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
