Position: HR Recruiter
Job Type: Full-Time
Experience: 6 Months – 1 Year
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct telephonic screening and initial HR interviews.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Update candidate information in the recruitment database and maintain accurate records.
- Post job openings on various job portals and social media platforms.
- Coordinate interview schedules and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
- Assist in offer roll-out and candidate onboarding coordination.
- Meet assigned hiring targets within the given timelines.
Required Skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment and hiring processes.
- Familiarity with job portals such as Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Good organizational and time management abilities.
- Basic proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Google Workspace.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related discipline.
- Experience: 6 Months to 1 Year in Recruitment/HR.
- Fresh graduates with internship experience in recruitment may also apply.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
