Job Description – Junior Glove Knitting Technician
Key Responsibilities
· Carry out preventive maintenance of glove manufacturing machines as per the schedule.
· Perform breakdown troubleshooting and minor corrective maintenance to reduce machine downtime.
· Handle installation, setting and adjustment of glove manufacturing machines.
· Maintain maintenance records and follow safety guidelines.
· Interact with machine manufacturers, part suppliers and service providers for technical support and parts procurement.
· Ensure availability of the critical spare parts to reduce machine down time.
· Follow safety guideline and standard operating procedures.
· Perform Kaizen activities to improve productivity, quality, safety, cost, and overall operational efficiency
Preference will be given , if Machine Experienced in:
· Spinning Mills, Flat knitting, Circular Knitting, Weaving, Looms.
Qualification & Experience:
- Education: 10th or Plus Two or ITI, Diploma in Mechanical or Textile related education.
- Experience: – 0 to 2 years
Key Competencies:
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of machine overhauling and maintenance procedures.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- Good understanding of safety protocols and equipment handling.
