This organisation is seeking an experienced, strategic, and high-energy Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to oversee our overall financial health, fiscal strategy, and compliance frameworks. Reporting directly to the Managing Director / CEO, you will serve as a core strategic partner in expanding our luxury travel footprint across India and international markets.

B.Com / MBA (Finance) (CA Preferred)
Experience
5 – 10+ Years (Travel / Hospitality focus)
Formulate and drive financial strategies aligned with business growth goals.
Conduct annual budgeting, long-term forecasting, and variance analysis.
Deliver actionable financial insights and risk assessments directly to executive leadership.
Direct monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting closes.
Ensure financial reporting complies with legal, tax, and accounting standards.
Maintain internal control procedures and lead audit management (Statutory & Internal).
Oversee corporate cash flow, working capital, banking relationships, and investments.
Ensure 100% compliance with direct and indirect taxes (GST, TDS, Corporate Tax).
Optimize cost structures and manage supplier/partner commercial terms.
Lead, mentor, and build a high-performing finance and accounting team.
Supervise financial software workflows (ERP integration, Advanced Excel systems).
Education: Bachelor's degree in Commerce/Finance. CA preferred or MBA in Finance.
Industry Focus: Prior experience in Travel, Hospitality, Tourism, or Lifestyle Services is strongly preferred.
Core Competencies: FP&A, Treasury & Cash Flow Management, Statutory Tax & GST Compliance, Risk Assessment.
Tech Skills: Advanced Microsoft Excel and hands-on experience with modern ERP / Accounting Software.
