Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment Support: Assist in sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and coordinating interview schedules.
- Onboarding: Conduct new hire orientation, prepare offer letters, and ensure all joining documentation is complete.
- HR Administration: Maintain and update employee databases, physical files, and attendance records.
- Employee Engagement: Help organize team-building events, training sessions, and employee feedback surveys.
- Query Management: Act as the first point of contact for employees to address basic policy inquiries and concerns.
