Job Title: Site Engineer – Facility Management

Job Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations at commercial facility sites.
- Coordinate and manage vendor performance and service delivery.
- Maintain client satisfaction through regular site inspections.
- Provide daily, weekly, and monthly status.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
- Coordinate with clients and resolve operational issues promptly.
Requirements:
- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil, or Electrical Engineering.
- Freshers and candidates with experience of facility management/commercial site experience are welcome.
- Good communication and vendor management skills.
- Willingness to travel within Chennai.
