Role Overview:
The role at Flatworld Solutions involves creating compelling copy to drive online purchases, with a focus on ITES accounts globally. Responsibilities include conceptualizing and writing for campaigns, collaborating with the art team, supervising copywriters, and ensuring content aligns with brand goals. Strong communication skills and familiarity with social media writing are essential, with a work location in Bangalore.
Key Responsibilities:
Conceptualize and draft copy for brands based on campaign briefs.
Collaborate with the art team to bring creative ideas to fruition.
Engage in brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas for both online and offline brands.
Supervise a team of copywriters, ensuring brand consistency, accuracy, and alignment in outputs.
Oversee proofreading, copy editing, and fact-checking of communications.
Collaborate with the team to develop content strategies and calendars for clients.
Ensure timely and flawless execution by the team.
Produce error-free content that adheres to company style guidelines.
Monitor the effectiveness of campaigns.
Work with creative and marketing teams to create various communications, including email campaigns, homepage promotions, catalog headlines, and collateral.
Qualifications: *Ad Agency Experience is Mandatory*
Minimum 6 years' experience as a Wordsmith with a proven ability to influence online purchase decisions.
Proficient in creating Ad copy and Web copy; capable of overseeing content creation for brands and their services.
Should have a reputable portfolio, ideally with experience on ITES accounts on a global level.
Ability to develop concepts and copy that align with creative briefs and business objectives.
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
Exceptional skills in the nuances of social media writing.
Degree in Marketing / Journalism / Communications or any related field
