- Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets for construction and renovation projects.
- Conduct quantity take-offs from drawings and specifications.
- Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ).
- Assist management in project budgeting and financial planning.
- Evaluate project costs and recommend cost-saving measures.
- Prepare tender documents and BOQs.
- Invite, evaluate, and compare contractor quotations.
- Assist in contractor selection and negotiations.
- Review supplier quotations and recommend cost-effective options.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
