About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Area Sales Manager to oversee the day-to-day sales and operational performance of multiple retail outlets in Kerala (Assigned Cluster). The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, a results-oriented mindset, and the ability to manage teams while ensuring excellent store performance and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise daily operations across assigned retail outlets.
- Visit multiple outlets regularly to monitor sales performance and operational standards.
- Lead, motivate, and support outlet staff to achieve business objectives.
- Monitor inventory levels, stock movement, and ensure proper stock control.
- Ensure store maintenance, visual merchandising, and adherence to company SOPs.
- Implement sales promotions, marketing campaigns, and business initiatives.
- Analyze sales performance and drive achievement of assigned sales targets.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth business operations.
- Identify operational issues and implement effective solutions.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Retail Sales, FMCG, or Multi-Outlet Operations.
- Proven experience in leading teams and achieving sales targets.
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area.
- Ability to work up to 10 hours per day based on operational requirements.
- Validtwo-wheeler driving licence is mandatory.
- Willing to relocate if required.
