Job Summary
Dhakshayini Infra Projects, Hyderabad, is looking for an experienced and responsible Senior Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations, project accounts, statutory compliance, and financial reporting.
Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience in construction, infrastructure, EPC, or civil project companies.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting and financial transactions.
- Maintain accurate books of accounts and financial records.
- Handle GST, TDS, PF, ESI and other statutory compliance requirements.
- Prepare and verify contractor bills, purchase bills and invoices.
- Manage labour payments, project expenses and vendor payments.
- Maintain project-wise accounts and cost records.
- Reconcile bank, vendor and customer accounts.
- Prepare monthly financial statements and management reports.
- Monitor receivables, payables and cash flow.
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, vendors and project teams.
- Ensure proper documentation and accounting of project-related expenses.
- Independently handle accounting activities and support management with financial information.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial records.
- Good understanding of construction/project accounting.
- Practical knowledge of GST, TDS, PF, ESI and statutory compliance.
- Experience handling contractor and supplier bills.
- Proficiency in Tally/ERP and MS Excel.
- Good reconciliation and financial reporting skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
Eligibility
- 4–5 years of relevant experience as an Accountant/Senior Accountant.
- Candidates with experience in construction, infrastructure, civil contracting or EPC companies are preferred.
- Strong practical accounting knowledge is essential.
- Candidates who can independently manage accounts will be preferred.
