Position: Junior HR Executive
Experience: 1–3 Years
Industry Preference: Manufacturing Sector
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day HR and administrative activities.
- Manage employee attendance, leave records, and employee relations.
- Plan and coordinate workforce shifts as per production requirements.
- Process payroll and maintain statutory compliance including ESI & PF.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement activities.
- Implement and maintain workplace discipline and company policies.
- Promote employee awareness, coordination, teamwork, and productivity improvement initiatives.
- Foster positive relationships between employees and management.
