We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Operations Manager to oversee the organization's day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth business processes, improve operational efficiency, manage cross-functional teams, and achieve organizational goals while maintaining quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily business operations and ensure smooth workflow.
- Monitor team performance and ensure departmental KPIs are achieved.
- Coordinate with Sales, Procurement, Warehouse, and Customer Support teams.
- Prepare operational reports and present performance updates to management.
- Manage budgets, operational costs, and resource allocation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory regulations.
- Resolve operational issues and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate team members.
- Monitor inventory, logistics, and vendor performance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 3–4 years of experience in Operations Management.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and ERP/CRM software.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
