- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and other communication channels.
- Resolve customer complaints and provide timely solutions.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Process customer requests, orders, and service-related queries accurately.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure prompt issue resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems.
- Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved effectively.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when required.
- Meet service level agreements (SLAs) and performance targets.
- Provide product and service information to customers.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Prepare customer service reports and feedback summaries.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance customer experience.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and customer service standards.
Key Requirements
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Good interpersonal and relationship management skills.
- Experience in customer support, customer service, or a similar role preferred.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
