Key Responsibilities
- Inspection & Testing: Conducting incoming, in-process, and final inspection of materials and products.
- Quality Management Systems: Developing and maintaining inspection protocols, QC checklists, and quality plans.
- Root Cause Analysis: Identifying the root cause of defects and non-conformances using tools like F, 5 Whys, and Fishbone Diagrams.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintaining accurate records, preparing Inspection and Test Plans (ITP), and creating QC reports.
- Compliance: Ensuring adherence to industry standards, safety regulations, and customer requirements.
- Continuous Improvement: Collaborating with manufacturing teams to improve processes and reduce defects.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in QC tools (e.g., Minitab, SPC) and reading technical drawings/schematics.
- Knowledge: Understanding of ISO 9001 and relevant industry standards.
- Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and communication skills
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
