We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative with at least 1 year of experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring a positive customer experience through excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person.
- Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions within timelines.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved satisfactorily.
- Coordinate with internal teams to address customer concerns.
- Provide product/service information and assist customers with their requirements.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Service, Customer Support, or a similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM tools is preferred.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer-centric attitude with strong interpersonal skills.
Additional Requirements
- Male candidates are preferred due to the travel requirements associated with the role.
- Willingness to travel as required for customer visits and business-related activities.

Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹50,000 per month (based on experience and skills)
