Job Description
We are looking for a responsible and customer-focused Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our retail store. The ideal candidate will manage store staff, ensure excellent customer service, maintain inventory, and drive sales while achieving store performance targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day retail store operations.
- Supervise, train, and motivate store staff.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and improve store performance.
- Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment.
- Maintain product displays and visual merchandising standards.
- Handle billing, cash management, and daily sales reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and store procedures.
- Coordinate with suppliers and the warehouse for timely stock availability.
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and overall store presentation.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in retail sales or store management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Basic knowledge of POS systems, inventory management, and MS Office.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays.
