About the Role
MediGrow is looking for 2 talented Full Stack Developers to join our team and help build and enhance our Hospital Operating System (OS) and Hospital Management System (HMS).
We are looking for developers who can build scalable applications, solve real-world problems, and take ownership of their work.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain features across our Hospital OS and HMS platforms
- Develop scalable backend systems, APIs, and database solutions
- Create clean, responsive, and user-friendly interfaces
- Collaborate with the team to deliver high-quality products
- Ensure application performance, security, and reliability
Requirements
- 2–6 years of software development experience
- Strong experience with React.js, Next.js, and TypeScript
- Solid backend and API development skills
- Good knowledge of PostgreSQL or similar databases
- Understanding of authentication, security, and scalable application architecture
- Experience building and maintaining production-grade applications
Preferred Qualities
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of features
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Passion for building high-quality software products
