Job Summary
We are looking for an Instrumentation Engineer to maintain, calibrate, troubleshoot, and optimize industrial instrumentation and control systems. The ideal candidate should have experience with process instruments, PLC-based systems, and preventive maintenance in a manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of instrumentation and control systems.
- Install, calibrate, and troubleshoot field instruments such as pressure, temperature, flow, and level transmitters.
- Maintain and troubleshoot PLC, HMI, and control systems.
- Diagnose instrumentation faults to minimize production downtime.
- Read and interpret P&IDs, loop diagrams, and instrumentation drawings.
- Maintain calibration records and ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Coordinate with the Production, Electrical, and Maintenance teams for smooth plant operations.
- Ensure adherence to safety procedures during maintenance activities.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives for process automation and reliability.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Instrumentation Engineering or Instrumentation & Control Engineering.
- 2–5 years of experience in instrumentation maintenance within a manufacturing industry.
- Knowledge of industrial instrumentation, calibration, and control systems.
- Hands-on experience with PLCs, HMIs, transmitters, sensors, and control valves.
- Good troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with SCADA systems will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of preventive maintenance and process automation.
- Familiarity with industrial safety standards.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
