- Handle day-to-day HR and administrative operations.
- Maintain employee attendance, leave records, and personal files.
- Assist in recruitment, interview coordination, and onboarding process.
- Handle employee documentation and joining formalities.
- Manage PF & ESIC registration, documentation, and monthly compliance work.
- Coordinate payroll data and salary records.
- Handle employee queries related to HR policies and compliance.
- Maintain HR reports and MIS records.
- Coordinate with different departments for smooth office operations.
- Ensure proper implementation of company policies and discipline.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
