Key Responsibilities
- Guest Services: Welcome guests, verify bookings, assign rooms, and issue keys. Handle wake-up calls, process guest requests, and swiftly resolve complaints.
- Reservations & Billing: Answer phone calls and emails to book or modify reservations. Prepare invoices and process cash or card payments at check-out.
- Communication: Provide visitors with information about lodge amenities, local attractions, and travel options.
- Team Coordination: Liaise closely with housekeeping to ensure rooms are cleaned and prepared for arrivals.
- Administrative Duties: Maintain accurate booking records, manage the reception float/cash drawer, and prepare daily occupancy reports.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
