- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers regarding matrimony services
- Explain membership plans, benefits, and packages clearly
- Convert leads into paid members through effective communication
- Maintain follow-ups with interested clients and ensure closures
- Understand customer requirements and assist in profile creation/updates
- Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions
- Maintain call records and update CRM regularly
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and sales target
