Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Traditional Marketing Manager to develop, implement, and oversee offline marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility, generate leads, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and executing marketing campaigns through print media, outdoor advertising, events, partnerships, direct marketing, and other traditional channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute traditional marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Plan and manage offline advertising campaigns including newspapers, magazines, radio, television, and outdoor media.
- Coordinate branding activities such as hoardings, banners, kiosks, pamphlets, brochures, and promotional materials.
- Organize and manage events, exhibitions, trade shows, roadshows, and promotional activities.
- Build and maintain relationships with vendors, media agencies, printers, and advertising partners.
- Conduct market research to identify customer preferences, competitor activities, and market trends.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports on marketing effectiveness and ROI.
- Manage marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective utilization of resources.
- Collaborate with sales teams to generate leads and support business development initiatives.
- Ensure brand consistency across all offline marketing channels and promotional activities.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's 0r Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 3–8 years of experience in traditional/offline marketing.
- Strong understanding of advertising, branding, promotions, and event management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and vendor management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing reporting tools.
