Job Summary
Parivartan Training & Development Institute (PTDI) is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Tele caller with 6 months to 1 year of experience in the education/training industry or BPO sales. The candidate will be responsible for calling prospective students, generating leads, counseling candidates about courses, and converting inquiries into admissions.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective students and working professionals.
- Explain course details, fees, schedules, and career benefits.
- Follow up on inquiries received through calls, websites, social media, and referrals.
- Maintain and update lead records in MS Excel and Zoho.
- Achieve admission and enrollment targets.
- Handle candidate queries and provide accurate information.
- Coordinate with the training and administration teams for admissions.
- Build and maintain good relationships with prospective students.
Required Skills
- Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email communication.
- Ability to achieve sales and admission targets.
- Positive attitude and customer-focused approach.
Eligibility
- Graduate or Undergraduate.
- Experience: 6 Months to 1 Year in:
- Educational Institute/Training Institute Telecalling, OR
- BPO Sales/Outbound Sales Process.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also be considered.
