Role Overview
We are looking for a Team Lead who will drive sales performance while leading and mentoring the Sales Executive team. The role requires a hands-on leader who can ensure excellent customer service, achieve sales targets, and support smooth store operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, guide, and motivate the Sales Executive team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Drive individual and team sales through effective customer engagement and product recommendations.
- Conduct daily team briefings and provide on-floor coaching.
- Monitor sales KPIs such as Sales, ATV, UPT, and Conversion.
- Handle customer escalations and ensure a premium shopping experience.
- Support inventory management, stock replenishment, and shrinkage control.
- Ensure adherence to store SOPs, visual merchandising standards, and grooming guidelines.
- Assist the Store Manager in daily operations and team performance management.
Requirements
- 3–6 years of retail sales experience, with at least 1 year in a senior sales or supervisory role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
- Good understanding of retail operations and sales metrics.
- Ability to lead by example in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
