Job Description:
- Receiving the goods and checking the specification, making entry into the Track n trace or into the Inventory management software system.
- Taking 6 sided pictures and putting it into the right storage racks as per the recommended temperature and specified location.
- Responsible for making the outbound shipment, packaging materials, data loggers etc. in correct temperature boxes and ensuring goods fit properly.
- Single handedly managing the operation activity of the shipments i.e., inbound and outbound and keep record.
- Responsible to secure and put the goods in specific storage conditions i.e., fridge etc.
- Expired goods, damaged goods, Returned Goods etc. be put in Quarantine area within the facility.
- Proper Quality control i.e., SOP needs to be adhered to.
- Temperature monitoring and making notifications of that in a log book in case of deviations is necessary.
- Support in Monthly physical check of the inventory and reconcile with stock in system.
