We are looking for experienced and creative Fashion Coordinators who can work with our offline and online customers, understand their fashion needs, and deliver tailor-made solutions. This role involves requirement gathering, design consultation, order creation, coordinating production, and managing logistics for timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Attend walk-in customers to understand their requirements and preferences.
- Provide expert fashion consultation on styles, fabrics, trends, fits, and customization options.
- Create and process customer orders accurately.
- Coordinate with the production team to ensure timely execution of orders.
- Track and update customers on their order status.
- Plan and manage logistics for pickup of raw materials and delivery of finished products.
- Maintain records of orders, customer communications, and delivery timelines.
- Offer excellent customer service and build long-term relationships.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in fashion design, fashion retail, or related customer-facing roles.
- Degree/diploma in Fashion Design or related field.
- Strong understanding of fabrics, styles, sizes, and current fashion trends.
- Good communication skills in Tamil and English (additional languages are a plus).
- Basic knowledge of creating simple social media posts or willingness to learn.
- Strong coordination and multitasking abilities.
- Customer-oriented mindset with a positive attitude.
- Willingness to quickly learn and use the existing in-house technologies and tools.
- Flexible and quick to adapt to new technologies and processes.
Preferred Attributes:
- Prior experience in fashion consultation and styling.
- Knowledge or experience with Shopify is an added advantage.
- Creative thinking with attention to detail.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
