Job Title: Executive Assistant cum Sales Coordinator
Location: Ahmedabad, GJ
Experience: Min. 1 – 2 years
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with Business Heads, Departmental managers for MIS preparation, review meetings, and MoM follow-ups.
- Manage
- Ensure smooth and effective communication across departments and teams.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation as required.
- Pitch products to overseas and domestic customers, explain product value, and convert inquiries into confirmed orders.
- Track shipments, update customers on delivery status, and maintain export order records, client database, and shipment status.
- Execute and support International and Domestic promotion activities including B2B portals, email marketing campaigns, regular follow-ups, and distributor / buyer outreach to generate and convert export leads.
Require candidate Profile:
- Meeting Support: Skilled in organizing review meetings, preparing MoM, and ensuring timely follow-ups.
- Calendar & Travel Management: Expertise in scheduling, planning itineraries, and arranging travel.
- Good knowledge of identifying the right consumer market, understanding customer needs, and matching them with the company's product offerings.
- Understanding of international marketing concepts such as market research, customer targeting, product positioning, and buyer behaviour.
- Strong ability to pitch products to international customers and acquire new clients through effective communication, follow-ups, and relationship building.
- Understanding of Incoterms (FOB, CIF, EXW, etc.) and basic knowledge of export procedures and documentation.
- Familiarity with HS Code, IEC, export incentives (basic level), and product-wise regulatory approval. (Freshers with export knowledge can apply)
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
