We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist. who can plan, execute, monitor, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms. The candidate will be responsible for social media management, paid advertising, content coordination, lead generation, client communication, and campaign performance reporting.
The ideal candidate should be capable of managing client accounts, obtaining approvals, coordinating with the creative team, and ensuring timely campaign execution.
Key ResponsibilitiesDigital Marketing Strategy
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies based on client objectives.
- Plan monthly content calendars and campaign schedules.
- Analyze competitor activities and market trends.
- Suggest innovative marketing ideas to improve campaign performance.
Social Media Management
- Manage Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Google Business Profile.
- Plan and schedule social media content.
- Increase engagement, reach, and brand visibility.
- Monitor social media performance and audience interaction.
Performance Marketing
- Plan and execute Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
- Manage Google Ads campaigns.
- Optimize campaigns for lead generation and ROI.
- Monitor advertising budgets and performance metrics.
Content & Creative Coordination
- Coordinate with graphic designers and video editors for content creation.
- Prepare content briefs and campaign requirements.
- Ensure timely delivery of creatives and marketing materials.
- Maintain content quality and brand consistency.
Client Handling & Approvals
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
- Coordinate with clients for content, creative, and campaign approvals.
- Conduct regular follow-ups for pending approvals.
- Schedule review meetings and campaign discussions.
- Share campaign updates and performance reports with clients.
- Ensure client requirements are clearly communicated to the internal team.
- Maintain strong client relationships and satisfaction.
Lead Generation
- Generate and track leads through digital marketing campaigns.
- Monitor lead quality and campaign effectiveness.
- Coordinate with the sales team regarding lead status and conversions.
- Support business growth through marketing initiatives.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track campaign performance using Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, and Analytics tools.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Present campaign insights and recommendations.
- Monitor KPIs and optimize campaigns accordingly.
Team Coordination
- Coordinate daily with designers, video editors, content creators, and sales teams.
- Manage campaign timelines and deliverables.
- Ensure all tasks are completed within deadlines.
