Job Title: Hotel Revenue AnalystJob Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Hotel Revenue Analyst to optimize revenue and maximize profitability. The candidate will be responsible for pricing strategies, demand forecasting, and analyzing market trends to improve hotel performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze booking trends, market demand, and competitor pricing
- Develop and implement revenue management strategies
- Optimize room rates across all distribution channels (OTA, direct, corporate)
- Monitor occupancy, ADR (Average Daily Rate), and RevPAR
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly revenue reports
- Work closely with sales, marketing, and front office teams
- Manage inventory distribution across online platforms (e.g., Booking.com, Expedia)
- Identify opportunities to increase revenue and reduce losses
Requirements:
- Proven experience in revenue management, hotel analytics, or a similar role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of revenue management systems (RMS) and channel managers
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, forecasting, data analysis)
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Finance, Business, or related field
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with PMS (Property Management Systems)
- Knowledge of OTA platforms and pricing strategies
- Data-driven decision-making ability
- Attention to detail and accuracy
Job Details:

- Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹50,000 per month (depending on experience)
