Odoo Functional User / Odoo ERP Specialist
Job Summary
An Odoo Functional Specialist is responsible for managing daily business operations using the **Odoo ERP system. This role focuses on configuring modules, managing data, generating reports, and ensuring that business processes run efficiently within the Odoo platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and operate business processes using Odoo modules.
- Configure and maintain modules such as:
- Sales
- Inventory
- Accounting
- Purchase
- CRM
- HR
- Create and manage products, customers, vendors, and transactions.
- Generate reports and analyze business data from Odoo dashboards.
- Train team members on using the Odoo system.
- Coordinate with developers for system customization or technical issues.
- Maintain accurate ERP records and ensure data integrity.
- Support process improvements using Odoo workflows.
Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with **Odoo ERP modules
- Good understanding of business operations (sales, inventory, accounting, etc.)
- Ability to create reports and dashboards in Odoo
- Basic knowledge of ERP workflows and data management
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to train and support team members
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field
- Experience using multiple **Odoo modules
- ERP implementation or support experience
- Understanding of business analytics and reporting
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
