Job Summary:
We are hiring a skilled Maintenance Engineer to manage machine maintenance, troubleshoot breakdowns, and ensure smooth operations across our metal fabrication and modular furniture manufacturing facility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and troubleshoot CNC, beam saw, edge bander, multi-boring, drilling, welding, and utility machines.
- Ensure minimum machine downtime through preventive maintenance.
- Handle electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues.
- Maintain maintenance records and spare parts inventory.
- Coordinate with vendors and technicians for machine servicing.
- Ensure machine safety and smooth factory operations.
Requirements:
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics.
- 2–6 years of maintenance experience in manufacturing.
- Knowledge of CNC machinery, electrical systems, and industrial maintenance.
- Strong problem-solving and coordination skills.
