Key Responsibilities
- Contact and follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and emails.
- Explain company services and courses to prospective customers.
- Convert inquiries into enrollments and achieve sales targets.
- Handle customer queries and provide timely support.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Maintain lead records, CRM data, and daily reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth customer onboarding.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Inside Sales, Telecalling, or Customer Support.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and convincing abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and Email.
- Target-driven and self-motivated attitude.
