Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in research and development activities for API products.
- Perform laboratory experiments and chemical analysis as per SOPs.
- Prepare and maintain laboratory records and documentation.
- Handle laboratory equipment and ensure proper maintenance.
- Support product development, process optimization, and validation activities.
- Coordinate with Production, QA, and QC departments during trials.
- Follow cGMP, GLP, safety, and company quality standards.
Required Skills:
- Good understanding of basic chemistry concepts and laboratory practices.
- Basic knowledge of analytical instruments and laboratory equipment.
- Good observation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
